The Spa
Wellbeing, returned to its essence.
Wellness at Sananda Aryani is not a hotel spa. It is a holistic retreat approach that integrates body, mind and nature. Guests enjoy tailored wellness rituals, mindful experiences, and personalized support to rest deeply and reconnect with self.
Massage treatments are based on traditional Balinese techniques, delivered by highly skilled therapists with years of hands-on experience.
This is a place to feel better — physically, clearly, and immediately.
Strong hands. Open air. Real results.
Melukat
A complete and deeply personal purification ceremony.
Melukat is an ancient Balinese purification ritual, rooted in Hindu tradition and practiced for centuries as a way of cleansing the body, mind, and spirit through water, prayer, and intention.
It has long been performed before important moments, transitions, or simply as a way of returning to balance.
At our Tirta Pool, Melukat is offered in its traditional form, guided by a local Balinese Hindu priest and carried out with respect from beginning to end.
The ceremony unfolds slowly, over approximately two hours.
It begins with the preparation of offerings, followed by prayers at the temple, and culminates in the water purification itself.
Dressed in traditional ceremonial attire provided by Sananda, guests are gently guided through each step. Under the flow of multiple water spouts, the ritual reaches its core — a sequence of quiet moments where water, prayer, and stillness come together.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is simplified.
This is a private ceremony, offered individually or in small groups, and always conducted with authenticity and respect for tradition.
You are not asked to perform.
You are not asked to believe.
Only to be present.
For many guests, it becomes one of the most meaningful moments of their stay, not because it is dramatic, but because it is real.
The Pavillion
A place to gather, taste, and stay a little longer than planned.
Bold flavours. Real food. An atmosphere designed to be enjoyed. The Pavilion is an open, private space beside the pool where food, fire, conversation, and time come together naturally.
Breakfast is exceptional.

There is no buffet.
No processed products.

Guests who wish are welcome to cook with us, to share flavours, techniques, and time.
This is food designed to feed the body — and to lift the spirit.
Delicious food. Private atmosphere. Time well spent.
A return to balance, guided by tradition and care.
Wellness at Sananda is not a programme, but a lived experience — shaped by ritual, touch, nature, and presence.
